PROCESSING TIME

We will usually be able to process your order within 24 hours. Occasionally, because of the pandemic, it may take a few days longer. We will make every effort to prepare your order as quickly as possible.

Delivery

We offer 3 options:

1. FREE Curbside pick-up

You can pick-up your order right in Alma. Most of the time, your order will be ready the same day as purchase. Please call us to make arrangements about time and pick-up location.

2. Shipping via Canada Post

Shipping within Canada:

We ship via Canada Post. If your order consists of only patches and/or stickers, shipping is free. We offer free shipping on orders over $150.

Shipping to the United States:

Yes! We ship to the US via Canada Post.

3. Local Delivery

If you are lucky enough to live in South East New Brunswick between Saint John – Moncton, we can deliver your order to your door.  The delivery fee is a flat rate of $10.  Please call first to make sure your address is within our delivery area.

RETURNS

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase.  You can return your purchase to our shop in the VRC in Fundy National Park (when open) or contact us to make arrangements.  If shipping back via Canada post, postage will be at your cost.  Please call us if you are planning to ship a return so we can complete the process as efficiently as possible. Refunds will be made back to the credit card used for the purchase.
