In 2014, the Bay of Fundy was designated one of the 7 wonders of North America by an international panel of experts. The Bay of Fundy has the highest tides in the world. This book is a menu of places you can go to see the Bay of Fundy's famous tides. Some are well known, like the famous Hopewell Rocks in New Brunswick. Other are unknown to all but a few, like Nova Scotia's vast intertidal zone at Cherverie Beach. All are (once you get there) places you can walk, hike and explore on foot.

The guide includes the time frame you should use to explore the area and recommends the type of footwear you should pack before you embark on your walk or hike.

Young is an expert in this area and has crafted a wonderful guide for use in planning a trip to the Bay of Fundy, a roadmap while you’re there, and something to cherish as you look back on fond memories of a memorable trip.
